Round Rugs

Our jute rugs are handwoven in Rangpur, an area famous for this craft; while only the best jute fibre, known as tossa jute, is handpicked for this endeavour. Although we comb the entire country for tossa jute, a special source comes directly from the banks of the Padma River. The fast flowing freshwater naturally purifies the jute growing on either side of the Padma, producing the finest golden fibre imaginable.
